This project is part of the rehabilitation of the former Hotel de la Duchess Anne on Henry IV Street in the heart of the city of Nantes. This project therefore includes the creation of a rooftop restaurant. It meets the needs of the coworking space but also the current trend of roofing restaurants. The one no longer enjoys a stunning view of the castle of the Dukes of Brittany.
