This project is part of the rehabilitation of the former Hotel de la Duchess Anne on Henry IV Street in the heart of the city of Nantes. This project therefore includes the creation of an exhibition space and a tapas bar in duplex. With a cellar in the basement, it can offer up to 900 wine references. It also has an outdoor space that will immerse you in an atmosphere between old and contemporary.
